At Sticky Prints, we want your new wall decals to arrive quickly and safely so you can start transforming your space right away.
Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free standard shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required. All orders are shipped within the United States.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (available at checkout for an additional fee).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your decals must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at tom@stickerbros.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tom@stickerbros.com with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
